About me

I am a Sri Lankan photojournalist I came to Melbourne on 1 June 2000.

I covered two international conferences: One with the Commonwealth Parliaments Association; One of my own photos was published on the front cover of THE PARLIAMENTARIAN, Journal of the Parliament of the Commonwealth, January 1996, LXXVII No1.

I received a thank you letter from the British Prime minister the Hon. Margaret Thatcher, and another from the Commonwealth Parliament Association S/G the Hon David Tonkin.

when I first came to Australia, I acquired a food handler's certificate, and a certificate in basic computer skills. I did a very short course in Footscray Art Center (10 weeks) in life drawing. I learnd more drawing and did over 30 picture there
